Os Restaurantes familiares ao meu lado.

My wife and I have dined here twice so far on our holiday. On our first visit I had the fisherman's risotto which was packed with huge prawns, razor clams and squid which were all lovely and tender, really a first class dish if you are a fish lover. My wife went a bit simpler having the garlic mushrooms and the melon with ham. Again fresh and delicious. On our second visit we had lunch where my wife and I shared the melon and ham starter followed for me by hands down the best and most succulent squid I have ever tasted and I always have squid whenever it's on a menu at home in Scotland or when we travel to the Mediterranean. My wife really fancied a burger and chips which again the meat the burger was made of was really tasty. We were warmly welcomed on our first visit and we knew we would be coming back. Our second visit equally left us with very full bellies and real satisfaction from a great meal. The atmosphere is lovely. Proper Portuguese hospitality. I can't wait to come back to try one of the grilled fish dishes and I can not recommend this restaurant more highly. Minha esposa realmente gostava de um hambúrguer com batatas fritas e, mais uma vez, a carne da qual o hambúrguer era feito era realmente saborosa. Fomos calorosamente recebidos em nossa primeira visita e sabíamos que voltaríamos. A nossa segunda visita deixou-nos igualmente com a barriga muito cheia e uma verdadeira satisfação com uma excelente refeição. A atmosfera é adorável. Hospitalidade portuguesa adequada. Mal posso esperar para voltar para experimentar um dos pratos de peixe grelhado e não posso recomendar mais este restaurante.

Easily the best restaurant we have visited during our stay in Portimão. We ate there twice, both times the experience was great. The fish is well-prepared and it is the most flavourful and tender I’ve had here. You really cannot go wrong in your choice; every option is a good one! Not to mention the excellent service. It’s not often you come across a restaurant in which the staff is that attentive and helpful. The garlic carrots and olives to start with are so delicious with the bread and sardine pate. For starters I had the homemade fish soup which was devine (especially with the bread dipped in!) and my partner had the grilled mushrooms with chorizo which came out sizzling hot and was such a tasty starter. I then had the delicious Chicken breast steak with garlic and piri-piri which came with fries and salad. My partner had the Grilled Tuna Steak with garlic and olive oil. The fish fell apart with the touch of the fork and it was a mouth watering taste. We managed to squeeze in some dessert with the chocolate cake and caramel vianetta which topped off a magical meal. This is the best food you can find in the Algarve, served by the nicest family. I couldn't recommend this place more. A must visit! Conseguimos espremer um pouco de sobremesa com bolo de chocolate e vianetta de caramelo que encerrou uma refeição mágica. Esta é a melhor comida que se pode encontrar no Algarve, servida pela família mais simpática. Eu não poderia recomendar mais este lugar. Uma visita obrigatória!
