Terrible service, arrogant employers with customers. I was in this place waiting to receive my dinner for 1 hour and in which my boyfriend asked if it would take too long considering that we were already waiting a long time which the staff (2 men) called him a liar and was to mock with them after 2 minutes bring the dishes in which the food was poorly prepared. They did not worry and did not attend us anymore. We get up to pay and ask for a complaint book, which the older employee mentions will pay you dearly for the threatening meal. He didn't give us a pen to write, and he even asked for a citizenship card, which we said we didn't make available because he wouldn't let us write anything. Eles não se preocuparam e não nos atenderam mais. Levantamo-nos para pagar e pedimos um livro de reclamações, que o funcionário mais velho menciona que vai pagar caro pela refeição ameaçadora. Ele não nos deu caneta para escrever e até pediu um cartão de cidadania, que dissemos que não disponibilizamos porque ele não nos deixava escrever nada. Eu realmente não recomendo nunca vir comentar com toda a região de portimão que já estamos fazendo.

The garlic carrots and olives to start with are so delicious with the bread and sardine pate. For starters I had the homemade fish soup which was devine (especially with the bread dipped in!) and my partner had the grilled mushrooms with chorizo which came out sizzling hot and was such a tasty starter. I then had the delicious Chicken breast steak with garlic and piri-piri which came with fries and salad. My partner had the Grilled Tuna Steak with garlic and olive oil. The fish fell apart with the touch of the fork and it was a mouth watering taste. We managed to squeeze in some dessert with the chocolate cake and caramel vianetta which topped off a magical meal. This is the best food you can find in the Algarve, served by the nicest family. I couldn't recommend this place more. A must visit! O peixe se desfez com o toque do garfo e ficou com um sabor de dar água na boca. Conseguimos espremer um pouco de sobremesa com bolo de chocolate e vianetta de caramelo que encerrou uma refeição mágica. Esta é a melhor comida que se pode encontrar no Algarve, servida pela família mais simpática. Eu não poderia recomendar mais este lugar. Uma visita obrigatória!
